To render a development service to use dance as a medium to address the broader social pathologies and disadvantaged communities to instil empowerment leading them for adulthood to take their rightful place within their families and communities.
Through this service leadership, teamwork, self-worth, purpose, discipline, respect and a positive environment will be established and productive opportunities for the youth in the performing arts.

Goal:

Out of Africa dance Academy plans to have our Own dance studio to give the youth an opportunity to continue their training and develop their skills on a regular basis, thus keeping them off the street away from crime, drugs and violence.

Purpose of Business:

To develop and train the youth in Performing Arts and Life Skills.

• To use Performing Arts as a medium to address the broader social pathologies and disadvantaged communities.
• Amended service plan to include youth from areas of greatest need
• Outreach youth programmes
• To expand opportunities for promising youth from disadvantaged/advantaged communities
• To empower beneficiaries to improve their economic and social wellbeing.
• Develop present programmes for youth leadership training
• Partner with organisations that offer projects in line with overall objectives of company.
